Initially found on the 4th October 2023 with his litter mates (Hallo-weenies group. He was described as incredibly human-friendly, loves food, gets excited for treats and loves cuddles! Luka was adopted and made his way to the UK end of 2023.

WHY WAS LUKA HANDED BACK INTO OUR CARE?

Unfortunately due to a change of personal circumstances, Luka is found himself looking for a new forever home.

Luka, now known as Scruffy or Mr Scruffles, is a typical adolescent lad. He loves to play and has bundles of energy which needs channelling in the right way. Luka is incredibly friendly with humans and dogs alike, although he will need teaching that not everyone can be his friend.

Just over a year old, Luka has a few puppy and adolescent behaviours to be addressed, including puppy nipping, jumping up and overstimulation when meeting new people and dogs. He also likes to use his voice when he gets excited. He is smart and food-motivated boy who loves to work so we’re confident he would be able to learn quickly in a home who can give him the time he needs to thrive.

Luka is happy to share his space and toys with another dog, as long as the resident dog can keep up with his energy levels.

Luka is fully crate trained and is happy to be left for short periods of time in his crate. Given his puppy behaviours, we would prefer a home with no small children, although he has been around infants previously with no issue.

He has not been cat tested.
