WHAT IS SPONSORSHIP?
When you sponsor a Lucky’s dog, you are helping to pay for the food, vet bills and daily care of one of our Romanian rescues, until they are lucky enough to find their perfect forever home.
Sponsoring a dog is quite possibly one of the kindest things you can do for our dogs, who prior to being taken on at the DoGood Shelter have never had anyone looking out for them before - and now they have you, their sponsor.
WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?
As a sponsor, you will receive monthly updates on your chosen sponsor dog. The updates will include pictures, videos and information on how they’ve been getting on at the shelter. You will be the first to hear about their progress and when they are matched to a family or moving on to a foster home.
We have also developed a ‘certificate of sponsorship’ for each of our dogs. Once a sponsorship is confirmed, a certificate will be emailed over which can be printed out and means that sponsorship of a dog can be bought as a gift for someone else too!
HOW DO I SET UP SPONSORSHIP?
Sponsorship is £20 per month to sponsor one of our dogs. Although this amount doesn’t completely cover all the costs of running the shelter, it helps out massively!
There are 3 ways you are able to sponsor: PayPal, Standing Order, or here on our website!
PayPal
You can set up a recurring payment via PayPal and add the name of the dog you wish to sponsor to the ‘note’, then send us a screenshot (via Instagram, Facebook or email) of proof of payment.
Standing Order
Alternatively, you can set up a standing order to the bank details below, and again send us a screenshot for proof of payment.
